RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If something isn't right with your order, we're here to help.
You have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
To qualify:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition.
- All original tags and tickets must still be attached, exactly as received.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
As long as you're within the 14 days and the tags and tickets are intact, every item is eligible — no exceptions on which products qualify.
How to start: Message us at support@thecorporatelabel.com or on WhatsApp 01023000080 with your name, the email used on the order, and your order number.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, your refund or exchange is completed within
4 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
